Chapter 141.2 Leaving Z Star Planet

Editor: Jodi

Three days passed in the blink of an eye. Yan Hao had already changed into his regular clothes and was fiddling with the new light brain that Winston had brought over. Originally, Sheng Heng had planned to buy one online, but when Winston found out, he immediately had one delivered, and it was the latest high-end mini light brain on the market that was priced at nearly ten million starcoins. This new light brain terminal had more than five times the computing power of Yan Hao’s previous one, which made him very happy.

“Master Yan Hao, there’s one more thing I’d like to ask for your help with.”

Sheng Heng shot him a sideways glance, causing Winston to immediately break out into a cold sweat as he said hurriedly, “It’s just a small matter, and would only take a few minutes.”

Asking for a favor right after delivering something could easily lead to misunderstandings.

“What is it?” Sheng Heng knew Yan Hao would be too embarrassed to refuse, so he asked on his behalf. If Winston pushed too far with his request, he would reject it for him immediately.

“It’s like this, Master Yan Hao saved the entire Z Star Planet, so you are our Z Star Planet’s hero now. When you were unconscious, there were tens of thousands of people waiting outside the hospital for you to wake up. You didn’t see that scene…..”

“Make it short, we need to catch a spaceship.” Sheng Heng said impatiently.

“Cough, it’s just that we just want Master Yan Hao to do a live broadcast to let the people of Z Star Planet know that he’s safe.”

When Sheng Heng heard this, he turned to look at Yan Hao.

“Just to let them know that I’m safe?” Yan Hao asked.

“Just to let them know that you’re safe.” Winston was afraid that Yan Hao would refuse, and with the addition of Sheng Heng on the side glaring at him like a tiger would its prey, how could he dare ask for more?

“Alright then.” Yan Hao agreed.

Winston was delighted. “Then, do you plan to do the live broadcast on the spaceship later or now?”

Yan Hao thought about it for a moment then asked, “Can I wait until we get on the spaceship and then do the broadcast?”

The spaceship would only lose signal after it reached outer space, hence there would be some time right after the boarding when there would still be a signal.

“That would work. Just send me a message when you’re ready.” Winston told him.

“Okay.” Yan Hao agreed.

“Still not ready yet?” Just then, Ye Chen asked the two inside who were still talking as he walked over.

“We are.” Sheng Heng responded, then walked out with Yan Hao.

Then the three of them walked to the hospital’s exterior, where Old Wen was already waiting. Old Wen had come to Z Star Planet specifically to treat Yan Hao, so now they were going back together. As for Ye Chen, he had originally come to Z Star Planet to travel, so now that he’d already had his fun, he bought a ticket for the same spaceship that Old Wen was taking, with the thought that he could ask him some questions during the journey.

Their ride to the port was smooth and uneventful, and they soon arrived.

As soon as they boarded the spaceship, Yan Hao sent Winston a message, saying he could start his live broadcast and immediately, Winston connected the signal of Yan Hao’s light brain to the emergency channel, causing Yan Hao’s face to instantly appear on every virtual screen across Z Star Planet.

The moment Yan Hao appeared, the entire Z Star Planet was silent for a brief second, then there was a massive wave of cheers and shouts.

“It’s Master Yan Hao! He’s really awake.”

“Master Yan Hao looks very healthy, really great.”

“Master Yan Hao, thank you for saving us.”

“Thank you!!”

Every street, every house on Z Star Planet was filled with similar cheers and cries even though they knew Yan Hao couldn’t hear them.

And this time, Winston didn’t disable the barrage of comments, hence Yan Hao’s live broadcast was soon flooded with countless comments, the screen covered densely with it. Fortunately, the barrage had a feature that prevented one’s face from being covered, otherwise it would have been difficult to see Yan Hao’s face.

Yan Hao read the comments hurriedly, then found that although there were a lot of them, they could roughly be divided into two groups: one group was asking if he had recovered fully, and the other group was thanking him.

“Thank you all for your concern, I have recovered completely and now I’m going back to Capital Star Planet, so you don’t have to worry about me, bye bye.” Yan Hao waved his hand at the video then ended the live broadcast.

“That’s it?” Ye Chen, who was sitting across from Yan Hao was stunned.

“His Excellency Winston said that I just need to let them know that I’m safe.” Yan Hao explained.

“…..” And you really just let them know that you’re safe.

“Xiao Hao, look at the people down there. They’re all cheering for you.” Sheng Heng pointed outside to the massive harbor square where pedestrians had stopped and tilted their heads to look up at the video.

Although Yan Hao had only said one sentence just now before ending the live broadcast, Winston didn’t end the stream there. Instead, he continued to play his last words in a loop on the live broadcast.

Leaning over, Yan Hao looked at the bustling crowd below, and it wasn’t known who started it first, but someone bent over then bowed to the image of Yan Hao on the giant virtual screen, then more people started bowing and soon, everyone in the square was bent over, bowing deeply to Yan Hao’s image on the huge screen at the harbor. And when the soldiers patrolling around saw this, they also stopped, stood at attention, then saluted.

The spaceship had excellent sound insulation, so Yan Hao couldn’t hear any bit of sound from outside, however that didn’t stop him from being able to feel the gratitude of the people of Z Star Planet towards him and gradually, he felt a heat in his chest, his eyes becoming sore.

If it wasn’t that Old Wen and Ye Chen were here, he would have really wanted to say to Sheng Heng, look, there are so many people down there, so many people that I can’t even count, and they all like me.

The spaceship took off on time, and within just a few minutes, it soared out of the atmosphere. And after they had flown for a while, everyone started to feel a bit hungry, so Sheng Heng and Ye Chen got up to fetch dinner for Old Wen and Yan Hao.

“Ye Chen, let’s exchange communication numbers later.” Sheng Heng said while fetching the food. If it wasn’t for Ye Chen’s timely assistance in configuring the medicine for Yan Hao this time, Yan Hao’s situation would have been dire. Moreover, he was indirectly responsible for Yan Hao being enlightened, which sort of made him an indirect matchmaker between him and Yan Hao, so he wanted to make friends with him.

Ye Chen raised an eyebrow in surprise.

“Why, is it inconvenient?”

“How could it be? I’m just surprised that Second Young Master Sheng would willingly exchange communication numbers with a civilian like me, so I’m just feeling a bit overwhelmed by this unexpected favour.” Ye Chen told him.

Sheng Heng frowned, his words making him feel a bit uncomfortable, “The way you’re talking makes it sound as if we have an antagonistic relationship.”

“Whether it’s antagonistic or not, depends on your attitude.” Ye Chen stated.

The strange feeling Sheng Heng had suddenly intensified.

“If it wasn’t for me this time, your little boyfriend would have been in danger, so in a way, I saved your little boyfriend.” Ye Chen said all of a sudden.

Sheng Heng’s hand that was picking a vegetable froze, his gaze deep as he looked at Ye Chen.

“Has Second Young Master heard of the Phantom Dream Legion?” Ye Chen continued to smile casually.

“The largest interstellar pirate group in the Federation?” Sheng Heng looked at Ye Chen, a vague guess in his mind. “You’re an interstellar pirate.”

“Let me introduce myself again, Ye Chen, codenamed Lone Star.”

The strategist of the Phantom Dream Legion, the second-in-command of the pirate group, Lone Star?
