Lin Qin asked again, “You said before that big brother Meng can come back to the country, does it mean they’ve finally made it official? Has Han Zhi agreed to be with big brother Meng?”

“Yes.” Meng Chao’s tone was relaxed. Meng Ke got his wish, so he, as his little brother, was naturally happy for him.

Lin Qin yawned, feeling sleepy however he still forced his eyes open to ask, “Did an earth-shattering and awe-inspiring love story happen between them?”

He was very curious.

Meng Chao tapped his head lightly, “Go to sleep if you’re feeling sleepy.”

Lin Qin did want to hear the story, however he was really tired, so after pestering Meng Chao for a while, he fell asleep without realising it.

Meng Chao pulled the quilt higher, tucked him in, and then hugged Lin Qin to him as he also fell asleep.

Actually, no earth-shattering love story happened between Meng Ke and Han Zhi. It was just that suddenly facing life and death  made Han Zhi realize his true feelings, which was why they came together.

Everyone’s love was different, however as long as the outcome was good, then that was all that mattered.

The next day Han Zhi appeared in public again, and although he looked a bit haggard, he didn’t have any heavy injuries, causing his fans to breathe sighs of relief.

And since the scripts had been selected, they each joined their film crews a month later, however this time, one was in the southwest and the other in the northeast, separated by the entire length of C Country.

This was the furthest distance and longest time Lin Qin and Meng Chao had ever been apart since being together.

However even with the longing, work had to continue. Their lives were not only about each other, as they also loved their work deeply, so doing one movie a year was their most comfortable choice.

And it was this longing that made their love grow stronger and more intoxicating.

At first they thought they would have to wait until their respective movies were completed before they could meet, however an unexpected opportunity brought this meeting time even closer.

February was a very important month for the movie industry, with the Berlin International Film Festival and the Cannes International Film Festival unfolding one after the other. And stars, whether they had works or not, would have to compete for beauty on the red carpet.

Meanwhile back in C Country, the movie ‘Dark War’ that was directed by Xiang Dong Peng became the biggest winner in today’s cinematic discussions.

Lin Qin and Meng Chao were both nominated for Best Actor at the Berlin International Film Festival, the soundtrack of the movie was nominated for Best Soundtrack Award, then it also received a nomination for Best Director.

As the lead actors, Lin Qin and Meng Chao had to take leaves of absence from their crews to travel to West Berlin to attend the Berlin International Film Festival.
